Anita is a digital transformation leader in the construction industry, utilising data and information management (IM) tools & processes to enhance design and construction productivity through BIM, Engineering Survey & Geospatial solutions. She has a proven track record of leading and delivering BIM processes on multi-sector mega & large infrastructure projects across the project lifecycle. She has a passion for problem solving across multiple disciplines and delivering integrated data-driven solutions, e.g. As-Built BIM process. Anita is currently the Preconstruction BIM Lead, developing the BIM & IM strategy, including the utilisation of innovative solutions leveraging GeoBIM to consume multi-disciplinary project data and information to inform better decision making.
