ChangeMaker 3D

ChangeMaker 3D is here to print like our planet depends on it, working with trailblazing companies across Rail, Water and Highways to embed 3D Concrete Printing technology across UK infrastructure. We are here to design out carbon and print in productivity. 2022 saw us launch ‘Printfrastructure’, our trademarked brand for scaling up the 3D Concrete Printing offer to the UK infrastructure market. Printfrastructure will accelerate at pace and by 2030 will be providing 2% of concrete assets required by major infrastructure programmes. There will be a 3D robot on every major construction scheme across the UK and 5% carbon reduction from our design and print solutions. Our most recent achievement with Skanska Costain STRABAG JV is a demonstration of a true Start-Up/Corporate collaboration that has unlocked benefit for the Rail sector. We have worked together to disrupt the status-quo and deliver greater value for taxpayers.

Cloud Cycle

Cloud Cycle is an innovative construction tech company offering SaaS solutions to the ready-mix concrete industry. Our cutting-edge solutions leverage IoT enabled advanced monitoring and data-driven insights to optimise operations, minimise waste, and lower carbon emissions. The comprehensive analytics suite monitors location, truck behavior, concrete consistency, and water addition, increasing the ability to improve concrete quality by ensuring batch to batch consistency which can reduce or completely eliminate onsite manual testing. Founded in 2019, Cloud Cycle has developed proprietary sensor technology and machine learning models and has been involved in pilots across the UK and Italy. The SAAS model with proprietary hardware allows cost-effective, large-scale adoption, empowering businesses to reach net-zero targets and innovate products. Cloud Cycle’s vision is to create complete traceability for concrete in transit, fundamentally transforming traditional practices and introducing unparalleled transparency to production and transportation processes.

FYLD

FYLD is an AI work execution platform bringing real time, remote site visibility to operations. Workers use the award-winning FYLD app to record work and safety related activities using unstructured data which FYLD’s AI analyses real time to enable remote managers to make better operating decisions about where to focus their attention to deliver better performance, improve site safety and manage contractors. Deployed across multiple industries including construction, civil engineering, utilities, highways, etc. Key stats achieved: - 8%+ productivity uplift within 6 weeks - 30% increase in proactive safety interventions, preventing incidents, injuries, and harm - 20%+ increase in manager spans of controls - Field worker satisfaction score of 8/10 for use of the FYLD app On track to 10x performance in the next 3-5 years with new market growth globally. InForecast

We are a Tech for Good in Construction with a vision to enable cities where people and nature thrive in harmony. At InForecast, we elevate the existing sustainability approaches with cutting-edge data technology to unlock unprecedented holistic performance and process management for Real Estate developers. In 12 months since the company's inception, the company secured two Innovate UK grants, brought onboard two paying customers and finalised the development of the core solution which is to be deployed on real construction projects next month. Our team has worked tirelessly to achieve this which has been recognised by a funded SETSquared Membership (leading UK business incubator), acceptance to the Innovative Start-up Member programme at UK GBC and acceptance in RICS Tech Partnership.
